The faith of Switzerland's Copy Right law is still uncertain. Maybe Switzerland will receive the same laws which are now already active in Germany. Maybe Switzerland will stay as it is. Nobody really knows. I have asked many different people and all of them gave me different statments.

Some of them said that we would receive a law even more severe than in Germany other say that we would receive no law at all. Some info on which I am sure about is that on April 1st 1990 something will change, here in Switzerland. From the most reliable person I have heard that there will come a stricter law against those people who sell Software. And that owning a 'Black Copy' will still be allowed.

I don't have enough information about that law. I only wish that if they would make a law against Freaks, that they would also make a law FOR Freaks. Yes, a law for Freaks. This law should protect us from those oversized prices. How come that a 'PacMan Game' costs 75.- SFr. and a Psygnosys Game costs also about 75.- SFr. Understandable? No! Some of the market games are terribly overpriced! The pirating problem can't be solved by introducing harsh laws. Because if there are many hard laws against the freaks, the freaks will learn to protect themselves against those laws. And those who dare to crack will become more and more famous.
