Awesome tune. I remember Scavenger showing this tune to me at the Atari-Messe (trade fair) 1992 in Duesseldorf, Germany. Immediate source of envy But he was very nice and told me about the SID technique, which is essentially a timer interrupt toggling the voice on and off at the pitch frequency. The slight freq mismatch produces the pulse-width modulation. As soon as I got home the next day I went to work and implemented my own player with this technique Good times they were!
