Part of the Demo Propaganda by INF at Mekka Symposium 2

.one of many paint'ish drawings done for our mekka symphosium 2k+1 demo
named "propaganda". if you havent checked it out yet, make sure you do.
reason for the odd name was that it was "napoleon scroller" as the head
in the middle was supposed to resemble napoleon when i started on it.
fast drawn, done using only the pencil tool in photoshop with the huge
brushes with hard edges.

cos the paint nature of this piccy isnt very detailed i couldnt justify
using .png for it, so here .jpg this time. im modem friendly today.
actually i tried .png, but then it was 2.6mb.. which is abit too much.
