The rumored replacement for Chaos Constructions this year now has a website. Chaos Constructions Antique 2007 (or $CCA7 for short) is planned as more of a festival of computing than a demoparty, but that won't keep the democompos away. Indeed the initial competition rules have just been announced, with the usual 640Kb demo, 512b Intro, and Graphics appearing for the ZX. No sign at the moment of a music competition for any platform - perhaps this is a little bit too scene for this kind of event?
There is also a website dedicated to all the previous Chaos Constructions, and also the Enlight parties: cc.org.ru will link you to the websites of all parties, past and present. And maybe future.
