We are doing our best to give you as much fun at this year's
Riverwash as possible. So let us introduce a
new music compo for owners of the
PlayStation Portable console (or you can try to emulate it on PSPE
http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/pspe.htm).
What to do: Write a music piece with
PSPSeq 3.01 tracker editor (homebrew,
http://www.dspmusic.org/psp), using samples and presets available with the editor. Deliver it to us so we can run it on real PSP. The author will be allowed to
mix patterns live on stage during the compo. Please remember to include a 30-second preview for our voting system, as well as a WAVE/MP3/Ogg file and the original .SEQ package with subfolders with the entry data. The competition will be held if at least 3 entries are submitted. If you own a PSP system but are not familiar with PSPSeq, we recommend you check the 38-part guide for hardcore makers of green dots on portable devices. It is available at
http://www.youtube.com/pspseq.
